- ?аза?стан тарих ?ылымында ал?аш рет тарихи процессті? гносеологиясы мен антологиясыны? синергетикасын эвристикалы екендігін ашу ж?не оны? зерттеу барысында шекарасын аны?тау;

- синергетикалы? парадигма контексінде ж?йелік ?дісті тарихи зерттеу ж?мысында пайдалану м?селесі ?ойылды;

- тарихи ??былыстарды, уа?и?аларды бас?а да даму процесіні? субъектілерін талдау ?дістеріне ба?а берілді;

- ?аза?стан территориясында к?не д?уірде ж?не орта ?асырда ?алыптас?ан этносаяси процесстерге на?тылы тарихи материалдар?а с?йене отырып, оларды? ж?йелік, синергетикалы? сипатын аны?тады;

- ?аза?стан тарихына ау?ытты? – уа?и?алы? ж?йелеу негізінде талдау жасалады, оны? ж?йелік теория за?дылы?тарына с?йкес д?уірлеуіні? жа?а н?с?асы беріледі.

«Methodological Problems of Applying Natural Science Methods to Historic Research: History and Synergy»

Dissertation for the Doctoral Degree in Historic Sciences

The object of the present research is the normative cognitive tool, known as systematic scientific method. The subject of the research is application of this tool to the scientific reflection of the historic process, described in scientific works of both philosophic-gnoseological and concrete-problematic character.

The aim of the present dissertation research is to define the rightness and the range of applying modern cognitive paradigms, connected with the systematic method, to the process of cognition of the historic processes.

Basing on the mentioned above, the study sets the following concrete objectives:

Defining of the heuristic value of the synergetic scientific paradigm in the sphere of the humanistic knowledge in general and historic science in particular;

Characterizing the historic phenomena, i.e. processes, events and subjects of the historic process and the historic process itself as complex systems;

Analyzing the phenomenon of quazihistory as the expression of entropy in the process of research in History of Kazakhstan;

Realization of the main principles of the systematic method for reconstruction of the political processes that were taking place at the territory of Kazakhstan in ancient and medieval times;

Analyzing the period of the nomad state crisis in Kazakhstan basing on the synergetic approach;

Studying the normative system genesis of Kazakhstan nomads in the context of synergetic research paradigm;

Defining the relations of cyclicality and linearity of the historic process in the context of systematic approach and applying it to the time-events systematization of the political and legal history of Kazakhstan;

Studying ethno genetic processes at the territory of Kazakhstan in the context of synergetic research paradigm and their connection with the political processes.

Scientific value of the present research is in the existing necessity of scientific foundation, working out the mechanism, and defining the range of scientific synthesis as regards to historic science in the context of methodological pluralism and wide popularity of pseudo historic literature.

Methodological basis of the work is the classical view of scientific method as a theoretical founded normative tool of cognition of the objective reality. The author categorically denies those gnoseological constructions that have been influenced by the very popular at the end of the previous century French post-modernism.

The novelty of the research is in its foundation of applying systematic method not only in its classical form, but also in the forms that have been developed by the general theory of systems and synergy in historic research. It is expressed in the following main statements of the present dissertation research:

For the first time in Kazakhstani historic science heuristics of the synergetic view of gnoseology and ontology of the historic process is disclosed and its range is defined;

A new understanding of the systematic method is suggested as regards to the historic research in the context of synergetic paradigm;

An analysis of historic phenomena is carried out, i.e. processes, events and subjects of the historic process and the historic process itself as complex uneven systems. Considerable attention is paid to the methodological discussion of the problem: how to study complex and super complex structures without replacing them with elementary forms, which are included in the complex ones, and at the same time, without losing general regulations existing in all multileveled structures;

Systematic and synergetic character of ethno political processes at the territory of Kazakhstan in ancient and medieval times is given scientific foundation basing on concrete historic materials.

Time-event systematization of the history of Kazakhstan is analyzed and, basing on it, a new variant of periodization of the political and legal history of Kazakhstan is suggested in the context of systemic theor. The dissertation consists of the introduction, five sections, the conclusion and the list of the used sources. The volume of the dissertation makes 330 pages.

The substantive provisions which have been born on protection, have been approved in 52 publications, including, 30 individually written, 4 in foreign editions, 14 publications in the editions recommended by Committee on supervision and certification in sphere of formation and a science of the Ministry of Education and a Science of Republic Kazakhstan.
